Thank you for visiting and shopping at Organic Faith Holistics. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

All retail orders are processed within 1-3 business days wholesale 7-10 depending on size. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipment is placed on Monday’s and Wednesday’s.  

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

All orders will be shipped in a 3mm thick pouch inside a 8mm thick insulated box accompanied by ice packs (number depending on order and shipping location as well as weather).

Return Policy

All purchases including perishable items are non-refundable or returnable. Depending on circumstance you may be eligible for in store credit.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States and on certain products. Please send us an email before making purchases if you’re looking for rush delivery. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
